Terms & Conditions
1- Attending our trip means you have read, accepted, and will abide by the terms and conditions.
2- Attending our trip means you are accepting any possible risks that exist during the trip. Please don’t place expose others to undue risky situations.
3- Attendees less than 18 years are not allowed to attend without a first-degree relative adult.
4- You have to wear a proper outfit for walking and camp-out. It is advised to wear hiking or sport-style shoes.
5- Any public discussions or signs/sentences on the T-shirts related to politics and religion are prohibited during the trip.
6- Smoking is not allowed during the hike.
7- We reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken on any trip without express permission. Anyone who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to our team.
8- It is not allowed to throw any garbage at the camping/ hiking site ( bottles, bags, paper, tissue), but organic waste is OK.
9- Photography/videos/social media sharing is allowed during the trip however is not allowed to show other attendees without their permission.
10- You must respect the other member’s privacy, and reported abuse of this for other guests will result in an immediate ban from future attendance.
11- You have to follow the steps and instructions of the camp & trail leader and guides.
12- I know that if I’m driving my vehicle, I will be fully responsible for any damage to my vehicle.
13- There may be a change in the plans due to circumstances beyond our control.
