Terms and Conditions:
- 70% of the ticket price will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 10 days of the trip.
- No refunds will be given if the cancellation is made within 6 days of the trip.
- Participants must be medically fit and inform the organizers if they have any medical conditions.
- Participants must follow the organizers’ instructions and the trip schedule.
- Participants must adhere to public etiquette and modest dress for women.
- No littering is allowed on the trail or in the camp. Litter should be disposed of in the designated area.
- Participants may not be photographed without prior permission. Organizers have the right to cancel the trip for a participant if a complaint is filed.
- The trip schedule may be changed in the event of an emergency.
- Events may be changed depending on availability and will be replaced with an alternative event.
Participants must bring:
- Comfortable winter clothes
- Personal items
- Hat
- Backpack
- Hiking boots
- Jacket
- Sunscreen
- Tent
- Sleeping mat
